JR jr is delighted to present Starry Eyed, curated by Meggan Joy.

In conjunction with Joy’s 10-week Amazon Residency, Meggan Joy combines fragments of the natural sciences into narratives and allegories;  weaving in symbols and motifs to create a new surreal vision. 

Starry Eyed composes a collection of these fragments, telling a story of ethereal beings and places, color, and texture, accompanied by an installation of flora and fauna featuring Gala Bent, Kelly Bjork, Jaq Chariter, Lesley Frenz, Meggan Joy, Daisy Patton, Kate Protage, and Jennifer Zwick.

Starry Eyed is on view online and in the windows of Jr jr June 6 – September 6, 2023.
